Special Weigh-In Sunday

Honesty is the best policy. I missed wednesday due to having to take the car into the mechanic at dawn. But today my weight is 157.9. Partly due to the fantasic birthday party we went to last night of italian food, good wine and wonderful birthday cake. But also because my momentum is gone. I need it back. So I'm trying to muster up some and get going. Pray it comes back. My doctor lowered my blood pressure medication so I need to get serious about this.

I'm at work so I've got to make this quick:
Today's Weight is 155.8
I know it's a loss somewhere and I have no idea how I did it since I really haven't been good in eating or working out. So hopefully I can do better the last part of the month and get to my goal.

Weigh-In Wednesday

Honestly, I didn't even weigh myself this morning. I knew it would be bad. We celebrated our anniversary this last week with really good food. But it is a new week and my goal is still to be at 150 by the end of the month. Got to get remotivated. Here's to a new week. I will to weigh0in with you all next Wednesday.

Weigh-In Wednesday

Well, I have to say. I made cookies last night again but didn't eat one and not even the dough. I knew I had today to get to close to 155 as I could. I didn't get to work out as much as I wanted to but I ate better than usual this last week.
Last week's weight: 158.1
Today's weight: 156.6
Week's Weight Loss of 1.5
Total Weight Loss of 3.6
Since today is the 1st I'm making a month goal of getting to 150 by July 31st. Since I've had a slow start to this weight loss thing I think this is doable. My doctor is also lowering my blood pressure medication so I feel like it's even more important to get this weight off.
Goals this week: more water, more exercise.
