Weigh-In Wednesday

My friend started a weekly blog entry about her weight loss to create accountability and support. It was fun watching her weight go down (and up sometimes). I've kept my weight loss journey to myself for so long and it hasn't gotten me anywhere. So I'm going to steal her idea and do a blog entry every Wednesday about my weight. This is big for me since you know most women don't tell ANYONE how much they weigh. But this will create accountability for me. I'm going to e-mail friends and co-workers about my blog entry so they can help "keep me in line" in different areas of my life. So here goes....(I weighed in this morning with my new scale)...
Starting weight: 160.1
Good news about this weight, it's 10 lbs less than the beginning of 2009 and it's my pre-pregnancy weight before Nora.
Goals this week: more water everyday

Congratulations on the first 10 lbs!!! Biggest Loser is over, so now I'll read your blog instead! :)
