Weigh-In Wednesdays

Ok, the first week I'm not starting the right way, going up instead of down.
Starting weight: 160.1
Today: 160.6
Now, .5 pounds isn't horrible but it's now .5 I need to lose now. So next week I'm hoping to be in the 150's.
Goals: Workout everyday and planning what I'm going to eat for the next day.
