Weigh-In Wednesdays

Last week's weight: 160.6
This week's weight: 158.5

Good week but from my original weight it's 1.6 lbs. I think that's a good start. I do need to keep up on my water. Yesterday I noticed I hadn't had any water until 1pm. A Iced Soy Latte doesn't count, at least in my book. And the workouts, I actually like working out but fitting it in with kids and a husband in grad school is a little hard.
But I will do it! I notice that when I actually have to "report" to people I'm more aware of what I'm eating.
