Plan and simple...I made cookies yesterday. And I LOVE cookies. So I paid for it today.
And I didn't workout as much this last week. So here we go:
Last week's weight: 157.3
Today's weight: 158.1
Gain of .8 lbs
Total loss is 2.1 lbs.
So I'm making a lofty goal of being at 155 next Wednesday. Usually I take a break on Wednesday and Thursday and don't eat so good and then it takes until Sunday to actually get back into the swing of things. So today I'm just keeping steady, except for those pita chips I had today, too many. But I closed the bag and said "No More". And I worked out this morning!
Here we go...another week and I will do it! (You got shout that in your head for effect).
Goals: A lot more water
Work out (at the gym) at least 5 times by next Wednesday
Try really hard to stay away (and not bake) carbs
